Nerul Sri Ayyappa Seva Samiti also manages a socio welfare complex adjacent to the temple. The socio welfare complex is a ground plus three storied structure comprising an auditorium and multipurpose halls apart from basement facilities.
The auditorium and multipurpose halls are used for conducting spiritual, devotional discourses and cultural activities including performing arts.
The multipurpose halls are available to the public for conducting marriages, meetings, birthday parties or any spiritual and devotional activities.
